Indigo Meet-ups postponed until further notice

Indigo Meet-ups postponed until further notice

It takes a lot to stop a bunch of like-minded souls, intrepid Indigos one and all, getting together over a green tea or a full English to soak up the energy, the vibe, the company …. but sadly, we have to bow to orders. There will be no Brekkies or Discussion Groups, or other Indigo events, until further notice, until this heavy black cloud called Coronavirus, or Covid-19 if you prefer, has blown over. Blow over it will, and when it does we shall be there to share and re-connect, to explore, and to be at the forefront of whatever the future may hold, at many different levels. If you would like to get in touch – just for a chat, perhaps, or to share a story or a concern – do please do just that. Email me on:  judy@indigoumbrella.co.uk or text / call on 07597 020 512. Be well, look after yourselves. Don’t get sucked into the fear and panic and uncertainty. The motto of the Indigos is:  Stand your ground. Speak your Truth. Shine your Light. Never has that been so important as now. We need all the light we can muster – and between us, we can...

Climate Change: fact or fiction? with Marcus Allen

Climate Change: fact or fiction? with Marcus Allen

Climate change is a hot topic right now – pun very much intended.  CO2 emissions, rising sea levels, forest fires,  and the declining polar bear population – all are signs of global warming, we are told. But is that really true, or might it be (yet more) fake news? Marcus Allen is UK publisher of NEXUS, the magazine I like to call the Private Eye of the metaphysical world. He is also a well-known and highly-respected researcher and presenter in his own right, and on FRIDAY 15th NOVEMBER he is guest speaker at our INDIGO DISCUSSION GROUP. We shall meet as always in the private room at the Harvester at Beech Hurst Gardens, Haywards Heath  RH16 4BB, 10am – 12 noon or so, and Marcus will be sharing with the science that shatters some of the assumptions we have taken on board. You can try his quiz for yourself – it’s got a post all to itself: how many questions can you answer before you start Googling? If you would like to come along, please do. It would be useful to know if you are going to join us, so I can keep an eye on numbers – simply email...

Climate Change – the quiz!

Think you know about climate change? Are you sure? Then why not try this quiz, set by researcher, presenter and UK editor of NEXUS magazine, Marcus Allen? It will test your knowledge and perhaps shake some of your assumptions too (answers at the bottom, but don’t cheat!) 1.      By how many degrees Celsius has the world warmed during the past 20 years?          a)   0.3ºC            b)     0.8ºC                   c)    1.5ºC 2.      By how many degrees Celsius has the world warmed since the pre-industrial period?

How many polar bears are alive today?          a)    more than 28,000        b)   5,000 – 10,000              c)    fewer than 4,000 4.      What share of the world energy consumption is met by wind and solar energy?          a)      2.6%                   b)    0.8%           c)    8.4% 5.      Since the 1920s, what has happened to the number of people killed by extreme
weather events?          a)    increased by more than 90%

Elaine Thompson at our Discussion Group 19th January 2018

I am really excited to share with you that Elaine Thompson is going to be with us for our Indigo Discussion Group to take place on Friday 19th January at Sedgwick Park House near Horsham, 10am to mid-day. For those of you who don’t know Elaine, I suggest you suggest you check out her two (very different!) websites: www.elaine-thompson.com www.soundtherapyuk.com It is with the first hat on that she will be giving an informal presentation to the Indigos, about her experiences with Extraterrestrials, going back to when she was a child. Below is a link to just one of the messages she has received from a Being called Lamgan from the Andromedan Galaxy: http://www.elaine-thompson.com/2017/03/preparing-the-way-for-change-with-the-andromedans/ Elaine has written a number of books – “Voices from the Galaxy” and “To Andromeda and Beyond” have been out a while, and there are two new ones: “Raising Consciousness Preparing for Change Part One – Extraterrestrial Guidance for a Better Future” and “Raising Consciousness Preparing for Change Part Two – The Solar Effect on Humanity and Earth”. If you have not been to one of our Discussion Groups before, you are more than welcome to join us – but please do let me know you...

Brekkies and Discussion Group

Brekkies and Discussion Group

At the moment we have two regular informal meet-ups a month, both held in the private room at the Harvester at Beech Hurst Gardens in Haywards Heath RH16 4BB, 10am – 12 noon. On the first Tuesday of each month we have Brekky – no need to book, no set agenda, just organise your own breakfast and come and join a lively, friendly bunch of like-minded souls around the table. The conversation meanders far and wide, covering just about anything you can think of. It’s a great opportunity to listen and learn; to ask questions or put forward your own point of view – however “way out” that may be! On the third Friday of each month we have Discussion Group, same place, same time. More often than not there is a guest speaker, with topics varying from climate change to Ketogenic eating; from programming water to working with colour; astrology to channelling archangels. Again, you organise your own breakfast, and join some 15 – 20 others to stretch those grey cells, perhaps have traditional thinking challenged, There is no set fee for Brekky or Discussion Group, but there is a voluntary donation box with a suggested donation of £2...
