Healing – what is it? How does it work? So many books have been written about it, it is such a diverse topic.
My own view is that, in the face of the increasing onslaught of drugs, DNA-changing jabs and all the rest of it, the best forms of healing are totally natural.
Let’s go back to hearts and hands and voices: what do I mean by that? By heart, I mean intention: setting an intention to heal, for the greatest good of all, and working from the heart, clears the way for whatever is to come. By hands I mean all forms of hands-on (or hands-off) healing, from massage and acupuncture to Shiatsu, Reiki and “spiritual healing”. My belief is that there is only one source of healing energy, it is that which we all tap into when we do our healing work, whatever label we may put on it. And by voices I mean sound, be that Voice Analysis Sound Healing (if you haven’t heard of it, check out Elaine Thompson or Phil Sterling – amazing work!), or singing bowls or gongs or any other versions of sound healing.
Which is not to forget Nature herself, what a wonderful healer she is – time spent in Nature, away from noise, crowds, screens of all shapes and sizes – it allows the soul to relax and recharge.
Here at the Indigo Umbrella we are totally open to all natural forms of healing, and many members of the tribe are experienced healers in their own right.
We hold regular healing days where we get together to talk about healing, give healing, receive healing and join in a meditation.
