It was announced on 8th September 2022 that Queen Elizabeth II had died, and her funeral was held on 19th September. In the parlance of the Rabbit Hole of Conspiracy, London Bridge has fallen. What does that mean? That all depends on which books you read. Some say that it signalled the fall of the first domino, and that others will now fall as they must, marking the end of one era to make way for something completely different. Technically, until the heir to the throne, Charles, has been crowned, we are without a monarch – an interesting constitutional hiatus. Charles has been “declared” King Charles III but, for instance, observers have noted that MPs swore alliegience at the traditional ceremony only to “Charles” and not “Charles III”. His astrology chart, some say, show that he will not be king – we shall have to wait and see.
