MY BOOK AND I ARE IN THE PORTUGAL RESIDENT

I lived and worked in the Algarve for some 20 very happy years. My spiritual journey started there, and it was there that I took my first professional training, in psychotherapy and hypnotherapy. For some 5 years I had my own page in the weekly Algarve Resident (as it was then), and I was a regular contributor to other magazines in the same stable of proprietor Open Media. So I was delighted when publisher Bruce Hawker and editor Inez Lopes agreed to print a press release about my book Past Life Healing and its strong local connections there. 7-Year old says he was at 9 / 11

I find this fascinating because I work with past life regression for healing. Even without that, it is just one more story coming out now that really does seem to confirm that there is life before life, that reincarnation is not just a vague concept but rather a real thing.

In my professional career as a hypnotherapist and past life regression therapist, I must have worked with more than a thousand clients, and in my experience, it is not unusual to trace the real, underlying root cause of a “this life” issue back to a past life. Typically this would be an irrational fear or phobia, but could also be problems and challenges with relationships, money, career, sex drive, addictive behaviours …  by resolving the issue back there at source, it frees the client to move forward in this lifetime. That whole premise of past lives goes hand in hand with a belief in reincarnation, which I have studied and researched over the years and for me, there is no doubt that it is true. If so, come and join me for a workshop in Haywards Heath on SUNDAY 17th SEPTEMBER 2017, 10am – 5pm, £50 for the day. We’ll be exploring the concept of reincarnation across history and cultures, with examples from published research studies and books. I shall also share case studies from my own files to highlight the enormous range of “this life” issues that can be traced back to past life trauma – and also to illustrate the very different lives that clients have experienced. We’ll also explore the so-called Bardo State of the life between lives, where the soul returns “home” to its natural state of pure energy and love. We will follow the journey of the soul as it prepares the script for this current incarnation: meeting with the Council of Elders; deciding on the goals, the challenges and the gifts; checking if any members of its Soul Group are with it in this lifetime and, if so, what role they play.
