I am really excited to share with you that Elaine Thompson is going to be with us for our Indigo Discussion Group to take place on Friday 19th January at Sedgwick Park House near Horsham, 10am to mid-day. LEARN THE ART OF RELAXATION

The “home base” for my professional hypnotherapy and past life regression work is Vinings Natural Health Centre in Haywards Heath. My colleagues and I have got together to put on a programme of regular weekly sessions, starting Tuesday 19th September, to demonstrate a number of different approaches to relaxation. We all know that life nowadays can be stressful – there seem to be deadlines and pressures at every turn, so allowing yourself just one hour, once a week, should be a treat to yourself. Come along – it’s free of charge – and listen and learn as a number of therapists show a variety of techniques. You can ask questions, you can try them all out and find the one that best suits you! The sessions are on Tuesday evenings, 7pm – 8pm, at Vinings in Church Road, Haywards Heath (shared entrance with Clover Court retirement flats). If so, come and join me for a workshop in Haywards Heath on SUNDAY 17th SEPTEMBER 2017, 10am – 5pm, £50 for the day. We’ll be exploring the concept of reincarnation across history and cultures, with examples from published research studies and books. I shall also share case studies from my own files to highlight the enormous range of “this life” issues that can be traced back to past life trauma – and also to illustrate the very different lives that clients have experienced. We’ll also explore the so-called Bardo State of the life between lives, where the soul returns “home” to its natural state of pure energy and love. We will follow the journey of the soul as it prepares the script for this current incarnation: meeting with the Council of Elders; deciding on the goals, the challenges and the gifts; checking if any members of its Soul Group are with it in this lifetime and, if so, what role they play. Channelling Workshop with Candace Caddick – now on Sunday 9th April

Silly me! When I scheduled the workshop “Channelling your Spirit Guides” with Candace Caddick, I completely overlooked the fact that the original date was also Mother’s Day. That meant that several people who wanted to come along couldn’t do so. Candace has kindly agreed to find another date – SUNDAY 9th APRIL. The times have also changed a little – it will now run from 10am – 4pm, and the price has been reduced to just £50.  Venue is the same – Forest Row Community Centre. Please do let me know if you’d like to come along – it will be a great day with lots of practical work and exercises to do at home too.

If you are fascinated by astrology, and how the planets influence so many aspects of our lives, then you must come along to this ! Experienced astrological counsellor Robyn Ray will be talking us through 2017 from an astrological point of view: not only the “what” but also the “why”! Robyn’s interest in astrology began in the 1980s. She was one of the first members of the Association of Professional Astrologers International, and she holds a Counselling Diploma from the Faculty of Astrological Studies. She now works as an astrological counsellor and teacher.

We have a few events coming up that may whet your appetite … take a look:   Sunday 12th February:  10am – 2pm    ANGEL WISDOM WORKSHOP  with Lis Moss 10am – 2pm, £35, Cuckfield Lis has been seeing angels since she was 7 years old. A former counsellor for children with cancer at Great Ormond Street Hospital and lecturer for Montessori education. Lis now works with people sharing her Angel wisdom and helping them on their own journeys.
