LEARN THE ART OF RELAXATION

LEARN THE ART OF RELAXATION

The “home base” for my professional hypnotherapy and past life regression work is Vinings Natural Health Centre in Haywards Heath. My colleagues and I have got together to put on a programme of regular weekly sessions, starting Tuesday 19th September, to demonstrate a number of different approaches to relaxation. We all know that life nowadays can be stressful – there seem to be deadlines and pressures at every turn, so allowing yourself just one hour, once a week, should be a treat to yourself. Come along – it’s free of charge – and listen and learn as a number of therapists show a variety of techniques. You can ask questions, you can try them all out and find the one that best suits you! The sessions are on Tuesday evenings, 7pm – 8pm, at Vinings in Church Road, Haywards Heath (shared entrance with Clover Court retirement flats). There is no charge, but as spaces are limited, we would ask you to reserve your place in advance please – simply call 10444 441 210 or email:  info@viningsnaturalhealthcentre.co.uk.

DYING TO KNOW … everything you ever wanted to know about death and dying but were afraid to ask …

DYING TO KNOW … everything you ever wanted to know about death and dying but were afraid to ask …

Why is it that we are so reluctant to talk about death and dying? The taboo, the fear, is almost palpable with some people, and it’s not healthy. Research has consistently shown that 100% of people die at some time in their lives, usually at the end and, as someone once commented, the only inevitable things in life are birth, death and taxes. Dying to Know is a series of panel discussions that will bring together specialists in their field, to give you practical information and advice, and to answer your questions. It’s a huge subject – the proverbial elephant in the room – and so we are going to break the elephant down into bite-size chunks so it’s easier to work our way through. We’ll cover everything from legal and financial planning to end-of-life care; from alternative funerals to following the paper trail; from what happens when a body dies to the process of grieving – and much, much more! There is an initial pop-in meet-up at the Café at Chequer Mead Arts Centre, East Grinstead, on Friday 12th February, 10.30am – 12 noon. Come along, meet me – Judy Sharp – and share your stories, concerns and questions, so...
